WHOLESALE
We’d love to see Luxury Love Candle products in your shop or online store! For wholesale information, please send an email to luxurylovecandles@yahoo.com
SHIPPING
We aim to deliver quickly. Generally your order will be processed within a few hours and we often manage to fulfil all orders within a couple of days, but please allow 3-5 working days to receive your order. Please note that during busy times, Like Christmas, it may take up to 10 working days to receive your order. If your order is needed urgently, please email us at luxurylovecandles@yahoo.com and let us know and we'll prioritize that for you.
We use USPS and they provides us with a great flexible delivery system. Most of our orders are sent out with Priority Mail and has a tracking number. We will provide you with that tracking number after your purchase.
RETURNS
Naturally we want you to love the products you've ordered from Luxury Love Candles, but if they're not quite right or what you expected, you are most welcome to return your order in full or part for a full refund (minus the shipping). Please follow the steps below:
Email luxurylovecandles@yahoo.com within 30 days to inform us of the items you wish to return.
Pack the parcel carefully and wrap everything separately.
Goods must be returned unused and in perfect condition including the product packaging.
When returning goods, please ensure that you obtain proof of postage as you are responsible for the goods until they reach us.
Damaged goods also need to be returned to receive a refund.
In the event the product(s) is damaged during shipping, we will ship replacement product(s) within 5 business days after receiving photographic proof of the damage. Photos must be submitted to luxurylovecandles@yahoo.com within 7 days of delivery.
REFUNDS
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card(or original method of payment).
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are nonrefundable.
If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies. Used candles cannot be returned or refunded. If you have any questions on how to return your item to us, contact us by email at luxurylovecandles@yahoo.com
PRIVACY & CONSENT
When you browse our store, we automatically receive your computer’s internet protocol (IP) address in order to provide us with information that helps us learn about your browser and operating system.
As part of the buying and selling process, we collect the personal information you give us such as your name, address, phone number and email address. During the checkout process, your payment method is verified to complete the transaction, but Luxury Love Candles will never store your payment information.
When you subscribe to our mailing list, you grant Luxury Love Candles permission to send you emails about our store, new products and other updates.

Although no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is 100% secure, we follow all PCI-DSS requirements and implement additional generally accepted industry standards.
